If you received a damaged or misprinted order, please reach out to us at contact@christinasandemasombe.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns for other reasons.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
